Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 14, 2026  |  Last Updated: February 14, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using CrowdVeil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Most Of Us Seek Excellence LLC, doing business as M.O.U.S.E. LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the CrowdVeil platform, website (crowdveil.app), mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a legal resident of the United States (additional jurisdictions may be supported in the future).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not be prohibited from using financial services under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Successfully complete our identity verification process (KYC/AML compliance).

3. Description of Service

CrowdVeil is a privacy-first digital commerce platform that enables users to make anonymous online purchases of digital goods and services. The Service operates by:

  • Identity Pooling: Aggregating user transactions under a single corporate entity so that individual users cannot be identified by merchants, advertisers, or data brokers.
  • Virtual Card Issuance: Generating unique, single-use virtual payment cards for each transaction through our licensed issuing partners.
  • Just-in-Time Funding: Pulling the exact transaction amount from your linked payment method and pushing it to the merchant in real time, without holding user funds.
  • Anonymized Browsing: Providing an in-app browser that strips device fingerprints and masks identifying information when browsing merchant websites.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@crowdveil.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one CrowdVeil account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Purchase illegal goods, services, or content under applicable law.
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
  • Circumvent sanctions, embargoes, or other trade restrictions.
  • Purchase physical goods requiring a shipping address (the Service currently supports digital goods only).
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure, security, or other users' access.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate any third-party terms of service through your use of CrowdVeil.

Important: CrowdVeil is a privacy tool, not an anonymity tool for illegal activity. We are committed to full compliance with all applicable financial regulations and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required. Accounts used for prohibited activities will be terminated immediately.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered through subscription plans as listed on our pricing page. Current plans include:

  • Starter ($4.99/month): 10 anonymous transactions per month, virtual card generation, basic browser privacy, email support.
  • Pro ($12.99/month): Unlimited transactions, advanced identity pooling, full browser anonymization, priority support.
  • Enterprise (Custom pricing): Volume pricing, dedicated account management, custom API integrations, SLA guarantees.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your linked payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6.3 Transaction Fees

In addition to subscription fees, individual transactions processed through the Service may be subject to fees as disclosed at the time of purchase. These may include currency conversion fees, processing fees, or merchant-specific surcharges.

6.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For transaction disputes related to purchases made through the Service, please contact us at support@crowdveil.app. We will work with you and our payment partners to resolve disputes in accordance with applicable card network rules.

7. Transaction Processing

7.1 How Transactions Work

When you initiate a purchase through CrowdVeil, we generate a unique virtual card funded with the exact purchase amount from your linked payment method. The merchant receives payment from our corporate entity. You receive the digital goods or service directly.

7.2 Transaction Limits

Transactions may be subject to per-transaction limits, daily limits, and monthly limits as determined by your subscription plan and applicable regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

7.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to insufficient funds, payment method issues, or merchant rejection, the virtual card will be voided and no charge will be applied. If funds were debited but the transaction was not completed, we will initiate a refund to your linked payment method within 5-10 business days.

7.4 Merchant Limitations

Certain merchants may not accept virtual cards or may have fraud prevention systems that block pooled transactions. CrowdVeil does not guarantee compatibility with all merchants. We maintain a list of known compatible and incompatible merchants within the app.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, software, and documentation, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including payment processors, issuing banks, and identity verification providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

Arbitration shall take place in the State of California, or remotely by mutual agreement.

14.3 Class Action Waiver
